1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. betpk22 does not accept payments from third parties. Attempting to deposit or withdraw using another person's payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games available on betpk22 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers in professionally operated studios. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by the Platform, previous results, or any external factors.

betpk22 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a technical error, software malfunction, or irregularity has occurred that materially affected the outcome. In such cases, betpk22's decision is final. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betpk22 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using betpk22 if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using betpk22 to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are void.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security mechanisms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward betpk22 staff or other users.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

betpk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory direction. Where permitted by law and these Terms, betpk22 may freeze account balances pending investigation.

You may close your betpk22 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance subject to no active wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable fees. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses that have not satisfied wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the betpk22 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, images, audio, and game content — is the exclusive property of betpk22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of betpk22.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betpk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betpk22 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall betpk22's total aggregate liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
